WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By registering for Wag ‘N Walk 2011, I hereby knowingly, freely and voluntarily waive and release, on behalf of myself, my family, my heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, any action, demand or request for compensation for actual or alleged, damages against Animal Rescue Volunteers, Inc., Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, Flood Control, and the City of Simi Valley, their officers, directors, agents, and/or employees and volunteers as a result of, arising out of, or in any way in connection with participation in this activity. I understand that this event involves animals and that the behavior of animals can be unpredictable and that there are “inherent dangers” in walking and being around animals. By registering online, I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and am bound by this agreement.
